Virtual Hub

CPLAN believes in a whole child educational experience. This means that we have to take other needs into consideration to ensure children are in the right state of mind to learn and thrive academically, social and emotionally.

Our Virtual Hub is prepared to connect families with resources that meets those other needs to restore stability for that family. This Virtual Hub serves as a call center connecting families to community resources, from housing to employment to food assistance, and parent-led groups in their community.
 

We also leverage social media for education and engagement on our weekly FB Live discussion with community members where we share ideas and resources.
