Presenter takes parents through the transitional period of students with special needs and how to prepare for post graduation–

Hosted in collaboartion with the Federation for children with Special Needs. Workshop will be offered in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese.
This hybrid workshop will be hosted in person at the Brockton Community and Family Center (20 Union Street, Brockton) and also via Zoom. For in- person attendees we will have light refreshments and childcare available.
