Virtual Workshop Series

Details

Given all that is happening in the world, we acknowledge the amount of stress it adds to your daily life while managing work, home, and self-care. In the spirit of helping you cope with it all, we invite parents and community members to an interactive program designed to share strategies for supporting your mental wellness.

Our Reshaping Community Wellness program covers strategies for:

  • Managing Anxiety and Stress
  • Barriers to Addressing Mental Wellness
  • Behaviors rooted in trauma and its triggers
  • Triggers in the workplace
  • Using emotional intelligence
  • When to refer people to outside resources
  • Reimagining Mental Wellness

Offered via Zoom in English, Português, Español, Kreyòl.

The program meets virtually on Tuesdays from 5:30pm- 7:00pm for 7 weeks, beginning March 21st through May 9th.*  Although you are welcome to attend individual sessions, participants get the most out of the Reshaping Community Wellness Program when they commit to attending all 7 sessions.

Participants that successfully complete the Reshaping Community Wellness curriculum will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of 3 prizes!

1st Place: $200 Visa gift card  + 60 minute individual coaching session with Dr. Gayl Crump Swaby

2nd Place: $150 Visa gift card
